We'll be at Web Summit 2026 in Lisbon

Lisbon, 9 to 12 November. Four days at the conference and the Night Summit meetups, and one question we'll be putting to everyone we meet.

A Web Summit main stage in the dark: the wordmark lit across a wide screen, framed by a grid of back-lit crates in pink, red and pale blue, side screens carrying the same mark, and the silhouettes of a seated audience across the foreground.

We have been asking people the same question all year: how much of what an agent can do today is actually running in their pipeline? Web Summit in Lisbon runs from Monday 9 to Thursday 12 November, and it is four days of people who have an answer to that. We'll be there for all of it.

During the day we'll be on the show floor and at the meetups, and in the evening at the Night Summit gatherings around the city. If you see us, say hello. Conversations at an event like this are short by nature, and the good ones carry on afterwards.

What we enjoy talking about is the shipping: how a release actually gets out, what the pipeline does when a test fails at two in the morning, how a migration runs while customers are still using the system. We built inside large organizations for years and ran those pipelines, and we're glad to talk through any part of it.

If you'll be in Lisbon too, write to hello@ferneri.com and tell us what you're building. You'll hear back from us before the event. Pictures once we're back.
